Guji
Origin: Oromia, Ethiopia
Process: Natural
Notes: Blueberry Compote, Yuzu, Bittersweet Chocolate, Cherry
Roast Level: Light
GUJI is a natural processed G1 Ethiopian coffee that comes to us from our friends at Tana Coffee Importers. They source directly from their cousin, Mulugeta Ayele, a remarkable coffee farmer in Ethiopia who has received a number of accolades as a producer, especially around his commitment to sustainable farming practices. This lot is sun dried after harvest, enhancing those classic berry notes that we’ve come to love in high quality Ethiopian lots.
We roast this light, and taste strong notes of Blueberry Compote, Yuzu, Cherry, and Bittersweet Chocolate. Perfect for Aeropress, Pour Over, French Press, and Espresso.
