Vietnam Arabica
Origin: Vietnam
Process: Washed
Flavors: Vanilla, Tobacco, Caraway, Roasted peanut
Roast Level: Medium/Light
Vietnamese coffee is often associated with dark nutty bitter Robusta with sweet and milky additions, but for our first venture into coffee from Vietnam, we decided to explore an Arabica lot. This coffee is super unique, and gives off lots of different tasting notes depending on the brew method, which is really fun. We’ve found the overarching notes to be heavy on Vanilla, Tobacco, Caraway/Rye Bread, Roasted Peanut, and a subtle black lemon bitters finish. It makes for a fantastic pour over, and is quite delicious through Aeropress and French Press.
